1. How long do you usually work with a business for?
It varies based on what makes most sense for your goals and your team. Typically, we work one of two ways:
Fractional support: Weekly or monthly hours on a recurring basis. *Typically a 3-month minimum engagement.
Project-based support: Focused time spent on delivering a specific outcome *Can be for work as short as two weeks.
2. Where are you located?
We are proudly based in Regina, Saskatchewan, however we serve clients across the province and across Canada.
3. Can you help me remotely?
Yes, depending on what type of support you are looking for. We are able to help most clients digitally via video calls, phone calls and emails. We are also able to come and support in-person and can discuss what that would look like.
4. Can you help me right away?
You bet! Pending our current client workload and key projects we can let you know how quickly we can jump in and start moving things forward for you.

This will vary depending on the scope and set up. We offer hourly, project-based and monthly retainer options. We are always transparent about our pricing and walk through the options with you at the start or when any scope changes.
